General Terms and Conditions
1) Introduction

2) Check in check out
Check in time is normally at 15:00. Check out at 11:00. Late check out until 18:00 will be offered 50% of the applicable rate. Early check in starting from 09:00 will also be offered at 50% of the applicable rate. Relax Domus will anyway cooperate to accommodate your needs whenever possible.
3) No Smoking: Relax Domus is a non-smoking Accommodation. Smoking is permitted only in specific, out-door areas. Violators will be punished according to law.
4) Charges for damage to interiors and objects:
Upon check-in all will be verified and the correct operation and integrity of the interiors and all that will be provided to ‘user will be checked.
5) At check out, we will be checking the state of the interiors and objects. You will be charged any costs related to damage you caused to things, objects, interiors, fixtures inside and outside of the structure.
6) Extra cleaning fee applicable 50 Euro per time.
7) Issues and Complaints: Please submit any problem or complain as soon as possible so that we could intervene promptly and solve it accordingly to our standards and possibly meet your expectations
